Ingredients:
2 overripe bananas
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoons honey (optional)
4 cherries for garnish.
Method:
1. Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks and place them on a tray in the freezer overnight.
2. The next day place the frozen bananas, cocoa and honey in the Optimum 9400 blend on a low speed , increasing it to fast for 60 seconds.
3. Spoon the mixture into shot glasses and serve immediately or chill and serve later.Garnish with cherries.

DeleteI love this recipe, I usually add a little almond milk when I make it, but it's great, it's like ice cream that's super good for you!
