I am always looking for different combinations and recipe ideas to make smoothies more interesting to drink and also adding ingredients that provide nutritional and health benefits too. One of the books that I recently discovered is Green Kitchen Smoothies written by David Frenkiel and Luise Vindahl.David and Luise live in Stockholm and are the creators of a food blog called Green Kitchen Stories. This recipe is inspired by one of the recipes from the book.
