Free Giveaway ~ New Zealand Honey gift bags

New Zealand Honey Co makes a variety of delicious honeys. Amongst their range are honey health drinks, squeezy honey, honey in jars and honey and fruit fusion .
All their honey is packed free of additives, and is  harvested from unspoilt nature reserves, where all stages of harvesting and processing are managed carefully. The company can trace each batch produced all the way back to the specific hives. The packed products are also rigorously tested to ensure the honeys are as pure as possible, with flavours of amazing depth and taste.
I was recently sent a gift bag of honey to try.The three jars were:
  • Hanuka Honey with root ginger
  • Beech Forest honey dew -Pre biotic honey that aids digestion
  • Thyme honey-Antioxidant
I particularly like the Hanuka honey with ginger, which has a wonderful ginger aroma and pieces of ginger in it. I made some ginger and honey flap jacks with it and they were delicious. You can check out the recipe here.

Honey has many health benefits too and all New Zealand Honeys have different medicinal benefits which you can check out here.
In the UK, New Zealand honey is available to purchase on line where you can also check out recipe ideas using honey. It is also available  from Asda, Morrison, Waitrose and Holland and Barrett. However New Zealand Honey Co have been very generous and have kindly agreed to provide two gift bags of their honey to two simply food readers so that they too can taste and sample it.
Thank you to New Zealand Honey  Co for sending me the honey to try and also for the giveaway. All the views expressed  in this review are my own.

This competition is open to UK residents over the age of 18 only.
