Monday kick starts National Vegetarian Week, its a week where people are encouraged to try and incorporate a vegetarian diet in their meal plan be it for a day two days or the week. I have been a vegetarian all my life and I find that vegetarian diet gives me a healthy lifestyle, its good for skin, hair and nails and enables me to have healthy cholesterol levels and a healthy heart too.
