Giveaway~The Eat to Live cookbook by Dr Joel Fuhrman


I recently reviewed the book The Eat to Live cookbook by Dr Joel Fuhrman in a recent post , you can read all about this lovely book here and see the recipe for the delicious Mango pudding I made from the book.
Since the review Harper Collins have kindly offered to send one simplyfood reader a copy of the book so that they can improve their diet and lifestyle.

  2. I have Crohn's disease so my bowels are very sensitive. It helps if I stick to gluten free and lactose free food stuffs but to be honest, I am not so keen on the taste! I wish I could change to lactose free milk but I enjoy my lattes made with cows milk too much! I would love to cut out on my lattes but I love them too much!

  5. I think the one change I'd like is to be able to stop my sweet-things cravings. I can go without chocolate or sweets etc for days at a time but then I get an urge and pig out!
