ReplyDeleteI have Crohn's disease so my bowels are very sensitive. It helps if I stick to gluten free and lactose free food stuffs but to be honest, I am not so keen on the taste! I wish I could change to lactose free milk but I enjoy my lattes made with cows milk too much! I would love to cut out on my lattes but I love them too much!
